The villa dates back 1930, located 2 km far from the Residence. It is tastefully furnished in typical Aeolian style. It is a two floor house, where you find at first floor a charming living room with a comfortable daybed and a fireplace that gives the room a cosy atmosphere, next to it a dining room with a large wooden table.

The living room gives access to a double room with a romantic balcony with sea view. The dining room is next to another double room with bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have access to a large and quiet terrace surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation. On the same floor you find another bathroom with shower and a kitchen, decorated with colored tiles and equipped with several appliances (dishwashing machine, oven, fridge, mixer, freezer). The kitchen has a wonderful terrace with breathtaking view on the sea, perfect place to have dinner with the cool of the evening and relax after a day out in the sea; a unique place to enjoy the sunset while tasting a glass of wine.

Stairs from both terraces take down into the gorgeous garden and into the patio from where you can access the ground floor that consists of three bedrooms, one double and two twins, two bathrooms and a little kitchen.
